Hill House

Hill House the Band wows crowds with their soaring vocal lines and catchy horn hooks. They invite their listeners to have fun, take risks, and be themselves. Excited to finally share their music with the world, Hill House has been working tirelessly on writing original music and is planning new releases, including their debut single ‘Breaking Point’ set to be released November 2024!

Hill House features a 5 piece horn section containing two trumpets, baritone saxophone, tenor saxophone, and trombone and a full rhythm section of guitar, bass, drums, keys, and vocals. With so many musicians sharing the stage, Hill House brings an electric energy to every show that keeps the audience on their feet and dancing to the groove! Hill House hopes everyone walks away feeling like one of the ‘Homies’ and aims to create an experience for the friends, fans, and family, that allows to them to sit back and take a second to enjoy the funk!

Founded in 2022, Hill House began by playing shows for the friends on their college campus, and after playing exclusively at local colleges for their first year, they branched out to venues in October 2023 making their Boston debut at The Middle East’s Club Sonia for their first annual Halloween Concert: Haunting The Hill. Selling over 200 tickets to their first show, Hill House developed a love for playing in the Boston area and has gone on to perform at other venues such as Nash Bar & Stage, The Cantab, Rockwood Music Hall, and Club Middlesex! They’ve also had the opportunity to perform for events such as the Cambridge Crossing’s CX Summer Nights Series in August of 2024, and the New England Music Awards Battle of the Bands in February 2024. They are currently nominated for the 2024 New England Music Awards for ‘Rising Stars: Massachusetts’, and just sold out their first show for their second annual Halloween show: Haunting The Hill at the Middlesex Club in Cambridge.

This winter in February – March 2025 Hill House is set to embark on their first ever Northeast tour as they debut their first EP (named after their debut single) Breaking Point!
